Job Description:
• Handle supplier invoices (local & import) in accounting system
• Process supplier payments and AP reconciliation
• Monitor AP aging and payment schedule
• Prepare payment documents (transfer, giro, etc.)
• Support import invoice handling and audit process
• Maintain good communication with suppliers and banks
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• 1–3 years experience in Account Payable
• Background from trading / manufacturing / chemical industry is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Experienced in handling overseas suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines
• Familiar with Accurate system is a plus
