Job Description:
- Manage The Daily/weekly/monthly Agenda And Arrange New Meetings And Appointments For Chief
- Prepare And Disseminate Correspondence, Memos And Forms
- Make Travel Arrangements, Business Entertainment, Etc
- Document Expenses And Hand In Reports
- Other Related Task As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major but preferable from Secretary or related major
- Has experience 2-5 years in Secretarial or Administration works
- Has good English language skill, business level
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Good looking and good communication skill
