• Provide Input To The Sales & Marketing Supervisor In Developing Sales Programs And Marketing Activities To Support Sales Targets.
• Request Orders And Estimated Orders From Customers, Provide Price Quotations, And Deliver Sales Presentations To Potential Consumers.
• Coordinate With The Finance Department In Controlling Overdue Receivable Payments (TOP) From Customers.
• Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints.
• Conduct Regular Visits To Customers And Prospecting Visits To Acquire New Customers And Increase Revenue According To Set Targets.
• Follow Up On The Provision Of Samples And Offers For New Products Until Orders Are Received.
• Maintain Stock Conditions And Product Visibility (display/visibility) By Expanding The Number Of Shelves In Stores/outlets Based On Dominant And Prominent Display Layouts.
• Implement Promotional Programs And Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Promotions At Each Customer.
• Periodically Inform/survey Competitor Prices For Similar Products For Price Analysis.
• Work Location: Visiting Customers Directly From Home Using The Company-provided Vehicle. The Area Covers Jakarta And The Entire West Java Region.

• Minimum D3 education.
• Proficient in English or Japanese is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Sales experience in manufacturing (Experience in sales in material/building material manufacturing companies is preferred) minimum of 3 years.
• Have good relationships with customers at previous workplaces.
• Have a driver's license (SIM A) and able to drive a car.
• Have a competitive, energetic, communicative, self-reliant yet cooperative team working spirit, honest, and enthusiastic.
• Willing to work at the Jakarta office (Wisma Keiai).
• 3-month probation period before becoming a permanent employee.
