Sales Representative

1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the coal mining industry, including mining companies and contractors.
2. Promote and sell heavy equipment and machinery suitable for mining operations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
4. Conduct regular customer visits to mine sites and project locations to identify business opportunities.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
6. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
8. Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and ongoing business opportunities.
9. Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
10. Coordinate with Service and Parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

1. Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the coal mining industry, preferably in heavy equipment, mining machinery, or related products.
2. Strong understanding of coal mining operations, mining equipment, and customer requirements at mine sites.
3. Established network and proven relationships with key decision-makers at coal mining companies and mining contractors.
4. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
5. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, develop customer accounts, and achieve sales targets independently.
6. Willingness to travel regularly to customer offices, project locations, and coal mining sites.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; a valid driver's license is an advantage.
