Job Description:
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic customers and dealers in Java region.
- Responsible for achieving annual unit sales target through dealers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies with a direct approach to end users.
- Conduct sales activities and compile periodic performance reports.
- Play an active role as the spearhead of sales and strategic partner of dealers.
Job Requirements:
- S1 Mechanical Engineering / Business Management / similar
- 8+ years in heavy equipment sales (Excavator & Wheel Loader)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Ready for outside service
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and other business systems
