Job Description:
- Support Sales Team In Lead Management, Opportunity Tracking, And Pipeline Management
- Support The Sales Team In Account Planning, Quota Setting, And Sales Target Allocation
- Generate Sales Reports, Forecasts, And Dashboards For Management And Sales Teams
- Analyze Sales Data And Performance Metrics To Identify Customer Preferences, Trends, Patterns, And Areas For Improvement
- Coordinate Order Processing Activities Between Sales, Order Processing Operations And Finance Teams
- Assist In The Development And Implementation Of Sales Process Training Programs And Materials
- Work With Finance And Operations Teams To Inform Planning And Decision Making For Sales Incentive And Compensation Plans
- Manage And Maintain CRM (Salesforce) System And Ensure Data Accuracy And Integrity
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency min. 2+ years in using Salesforce
- Proven 3+ years experience in sales operations, sales analytics, forecasting or related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and pipeline management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
