Job Description:
- Acquire and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present company products clearly and persuasively
- Handle Purchase Orders and coordinate deliveries and stock availability
- Analyze market trends and competitors; report insights to management
- Support payment follow-ups and handle customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Job Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Management, Marketing, or Chemistry
- Min. 3 years of experience in direct sales of chemical products (Fiberglass/Adhesive/Rubber/Coating)
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Skilled in negotiation and sales closing
- Willing to do field visits, own a valid driver’s license (SIM A), and reside in Surabaya
- Proficient in English
