Job Description:

  • Develop And Implement Strategic Sales Plans To Achieve Sales Targets And Increase Market Share For Forklift Products And Services.
  • Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals, Providing Guidance, Training, And Coaching To Maximise Their Performance And Meet Sales Objectives.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities, Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Clients, And Actively Pursue Sales Leads To Expand The Customer Base.
  • Conduct Market Research To Stay Updated On Industry Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitor Activities, And Utilize This Knowledge To Enhance Sales Strategies And Gain A Competitive Edge.
  • Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams, Including Marketing, Product Development, And Customer Support, To Ensure Seamless Execution Of Sales Initiatives And Exceptional Customer Experience.
  • Prepare And Deliver Sales Presentations, Proposals, And Contracts To Prospective Clients, Showcasing The Value And Benefits Of Our Forklift Products And Services.
  • Monitor Sales Performance, Analyze Sales Data, And Generate Regular Reports To Evaluate Sales Effectiveness, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Implement Corrective Actions As Needed.
  • Stay Informed About Industry Regulations, Safety Standards, And Product Knowledge To Effectively Address Customer Inquiries, Provide Technical Support, And Ensure Compliance With Applicable Guidelines.
  • Attend Industry Conferences, Trade Shows, And Networking Events To Promote The Company's Products And Services, Build Relationships With Industry Professionals, And Generate Leads.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy machinery or forklift industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a similar industry.
  • Strong sales sense and ability to identify customer needs, develop effective sales strategies, and close deals.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, driving them towards achieving common goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of forklifts and heavy machinery, including their features, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections, resolve conflicts, and navigate complex sales scenarios.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team as required.
