Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share across Indonesia
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team, including coaching to ensure KPI achievement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Modern Trade channels (e.g., supermarkets, department stores)
- Drive nationwide expansion through distribution partnerships, retail programs, and regional initiatives
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine channel and pricing strategies
- Monitor trade spend, sales forecasting, and channel profitability
- Represent the brand and products at trade exhibitions, distributor meetings, and key sales event
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the toys, collectibles, or related FMCG industry in Indonesia
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving strong sales performance
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade and/or General Trade channels
- Having an established network with local retailers, distributors, and business partners is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic proficiency in English
- Willing to travel for domestic business trips as required
