Job Description:
- Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans To Achieve Company Targets And Expand Market Share Within The ICT Industry.
- Lead And Mentor A High-performing Sales Team, Fostering A Collaborative And Motivated Work Environment That Encourages Individual And Team Success.
- Manage And Cultivate Strong Relationships With Key Accounts And Channel Partners, Ensuring Exceptional Service Delivery And Customer Satisfaction.
- Oversee The Development And Implementation Of Effective Product Marketing Strategies, Including Promotional Campaigns And Product Positioning Initiatives.
- Monitor Market Trends And Competitor Activities To Identify Opportunities For Business Growth And Proactively Respond To Industry Changes.
- Utilize Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Engage With Clients, Stakeholders, And Industry Professionals, Effectively Representing The Company's Products And Services.
- Conduct Regular Performance Evaluations And Provide Constructive Feedback To The Sales Team, Enabling Continuous Improvement And Professional Development.
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Coordination And Alignment Of Sales Strategies With Other Departments, Including Marketing, Product Development, And Customer Support.
- Manage And Maintain Accurate Sales Records And Reports, Utilizing MS Office And Salesforce, Or Similar Software, To Track Sales Performance And Forecast Future Opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- 13-18 years of progressive work experience in the ICT industry with a proven track record of achievements and success in sales management.
- Strong expertise in enterprise IT product and solution selling, with a comprehensive understanding of sales operations and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relation skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to travel independently within the Philippines, with 70% fieldwork expected.
- A strong team player with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
