Job Description:
- Managing A Team Of Highly Capable Key Area Representatives
- Growing Sales Pipeline And Team
- Manage And Develop New Customers, While Maintaining Existing Sales
- Manage And Develop New Dealers, While Maintaining Current Dealers
- Selling Heavy Equipments (Excavators, Etc) To Clients
- Build New Customer Pipelines (Mining, Construction, Forestry)
- Review Daily Sales Reports
Job Requirements:
- Experience in selling Heavy Equipment (preferrably from principals, but open for those with exposure in dealers as well)
- Ambitious and hunter mindset
- Good management experiece
- Experience in dealer/distribution management
- Experience in building relationships with new dealers
