Job Description:
- Manage Overall Of Sales Activities With Focus On Business Development To Enhance Business Growth For Mobility And New Energy (MNE) In Indonesia
- Develop And Implement New Sales Initiatives, Strategies, And Programs To Achieve The Sales Target
- Meet Customers To Discuss Their Evolving Needs And To Assess The Quality Of Our Company's Relationship With Them
- Establish Sales Objectives By Forecasting And Developing Annual Sales Quotas For Region And Territories, Projecting Expected Sales Volume And Profit For Existing And New Products
- Monitor Sales Volume, Product Mix And Selling Price, Supply And Demand, Changing Trends, Economic Indicators And Competitors
- Negotiate Contractual Terms And Condition With Customers To Maximize Benefits For The Company
- Achieve Global, Regional, Country And Personal Target, Aligning With Company Sales Policies And Strategies
- Enhance Professional And Technical Knowledge By Attending Educational Workshops; Reviewing Professional Publications; Establishing Personal Networks; Participating In Professional Societies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum
of 10 years’ experience in handling the OEM automotive industry.
- A
successful and proven sales track record and exceptional presentation skill
- Ability
to meet Sales Goals, Negotiation Skills, and Customer Focus
- Knowledge
in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS16949
- Good command in both written & speaking English is a must
