Job Description:
- Responsible As Sales Function
- Lead The Sales Team To Achieve Company's Target
- Create Sales Report To Management
- Make Offers To Customers
- Ensure The Delivery Of Customer Orders According To Customer Requests
- Communicate And Coordinate With Customers Regarding Order Requirements Or Specifications
- Handle, Manage And Provide Solutions To Customer Complaints Properly And Correctly
- Identify And Take Action With The Approval Of Superiors To Prevent Discrepancies Related To The Sales Function
- Monitor Prices, Designs, Use Of Components And Quality Of Competitors' Products, Which Are Then Reported To Superiors
- Other Related Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Mechanical/Civil/Architects major
- High conversational in English
- Has 1 year experience as Sales Manager in Building Material industry
- Has experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with contractors, developers and logistics partners
- Has extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and end users
- Computer literacy especially MS Excel
