Job Description:
- Market Penetration: Identify Key, Understand Their Security Needs, And Develop Strategies To Position Our IT Security Solutions As The Best Fit.
- Business Development: Generate New Leads, Build A Robust Sales Pipeline, And Manage The End-to-end Sales Process, From Initial Contact To Contract Negotiation And Closing Deals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate Strong Relationships With Decision-makers, Influencers, And Stakeholders To Understand Their Pain Points And Security Requirements.
- Solution Presentation: Effectively Communicate The Features, Benefits, And Value Propositions Of Our Security Solutions To Potential Clients, Highlighting How Our Offerings Address Their Specific Challenges.
- Customised Solutions: Collaborate With Our Technical Teams To Develop Tailored Security Solutions That Meet The Unique Needs And Compliance Requirements
- Market Intelligence: Stay Informed About Industry Trends, Regulatory Changes, And Emerging Security Threats Relevant. Use This Knowledge To Position Solutions As Essential.
- Sales Strategy: Develop And Execute A Strategic Sales Plan , Including Identifying Key Targets, Setting Sales Goals, And Tracking Progress.
- Sales Collateral: Work With Marketing And Technical Teams To Create Compelling Sales Collateral, Presentations, And Proposals That Effectively Showcase Our Solutions' Features And Benefits.
- Negotiation: Lead Contract Negotiations And Pricing Discussions With Clients, Ensuring Favourable Terms For Both Parties While Maintaining Company Profitability.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide Accurate Sales Forecasts And Regular Sales Reports To Senior Management, Including Insights Into Market Trends And Challenges.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree will be a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully selling Solutions
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and decision-making structures.
- Strong network of contacts and a demonstrated ability to establish new relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Safety and Security technologies and trends is preferred (Surveillance, Radio, Network, Software, etc.)
- Self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented individual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
