• Engaging in negotiations with customers, organizing product presentations, and ensuring our company or products are included in the vendor list and accepted by customers.
• Managing the entire sales process, from customer visits and providing quotes to converting them into purchase orders through Salesforce.
• Monitoring competitor activities and conducting market analysis.
• Coordinating the Sales Team and overseeing Accounts Sales Achievement.
• Maintaining the market presence and gathering comprehensive information from customers.
• Directly handling sales activities with customers.
• Cultivating strong relationships with customers and account partners, both commercially and personally, on behalf of the company.
• Generating reports and planning for weekly and monthly activities, outstanding quotations, and tracking progress in sales achievement

• Holds a minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Possesses at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the B2B business field, particularly in the Lighting & Visual Display Market and information technology, especially Videotron & Lighting Industry.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and data reporting abilities.
• Capable of working effectively in both team and individual settings.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia.
• Exhibits an outgoing, aggressive, and active personality.
• Strong in planning, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Able to conduct product presentations.
• Displays good attitude, honesty, passion, and productivity.
• Available for an immediate start.
