• Develop And Implement Strategic Sales Plans to Achieve Business Objectives Within The Polycarbonate - Engineering Plastics Market Segment.
• Identify And Target Potential Customers, Focusing On Key Industries.
• Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Existing And Potential Customers, Understanding Their Needs And Providing Tailored Solutions.
• Collaborate Closely With Cross-functional Teams Including R&D, Marketing, And Technical Service To Drive New Product Development And Support Customer Projects.
• Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends, Market Developments, And Competitive Landscape To Identify New Business Opportunities.
• Prepare And Present Sales Forecasts, Reports, And Other Relevant Documentation To Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. MBA or additional business qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the plastics industry with a focus on polycarbonate or engineering plastics.
• In-depth knowledge of polycarbonate and engineering plastics applications, markets, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
