Job Description:
- Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Sales Strategy Aligned With Company Goals And Market Trends To Achieve Revenue Targets.
- Lead, Mentor, And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals, Providing Guidance And Support To Maximize Their Potential
- Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Clients, Understanding Their Needs And Providing Tailored Solutions
- Stay Updated On Industry Trends, Competitors, And Market Conditions To Identify Opportunities And Threats
- Create Accurate Sales Forecasts And Budgets, Ensuring Sales Goals Are Met Or Exceeded.
- Maintain A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Product, Effectively Conveying Their Value To Clients.
- Provide Training And Development Opportunities For The Sales Team To Enhance Their Skills And Knowledge.
- Prepare Regular Sales Reports And Performance Analyses For Presentation To Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from university
- The successful candidate is someone with a strong experience
in sales team management and track record in selling to the relevant
industries, such as Automotive (OEM, 1st Tier, 2nd Tier), Fabrication, etc.
