Job Description:
- Identify potential customers and actively promote and sell steel products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Lead the sales team and develop new market opportunities within the steel industry.
- Required: Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with steel products, including rebar, steel plates, coil plates, WF beams, H-beams, hollow sections (Stalbus), and wire mesh.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the steel, construction materials, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with steel products, including rebar, steel plates, coil plates, WF beams, H-beams, hollow sections (Stalbus), and wire mesh.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop new markets and expand customer networks.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A and SIM C) and own a personal vehicle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting.
- Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a target-driven environment.
