Job Description:
- Execute sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage across designated territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Support distributor and channel partners in driving sales growth and implementing promotional activities
- Represent the company at customer meetings, product presentations, trade exhibitions, and industry events
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the toys, collectibles, FMCG, or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets and developing customer relationships
- Good understanding of Modern Trade and/or General Trade sales channels
- Experience in handling distributors, retailers, or key customers is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
- Willing to travel for domestic business trips as required
