- Creating Sales Strategy To Increase Market Share
- Do Business Development Activities To Expand The Business And Increasing Clients Number
- Achieving Sales Target
- Controlling Work Progress In Sales Department
- Negotiating Tender, Contract Terms And Conditions With Clients
- Analyzing Cost And Sales
- Compiling And Analyzing All Sales Data
- Maintaining Existing Clients And Keep Building The Good Relationship With Them For Continuous Order
- Able To Do Efficient Presentation To Clients In English And Bahasa Indonesia
- Coordinating All Sales And Sales Support To Achieve Company’s Target
- Providing Weekly Sales Report To Manager & Director
Job Requirements:
- Min D3 degree
- Has Experience as Sales Engineer min. 3 years in pump Industries
- Experienced in Government projects
- Willing to achieve sales target / Target oriented
- Able to communicate in Business Level English
- Wiling to perform mobile works
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Good in communication, relationship building and negotiation
- Good interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting people
- Pro-active, result oriented, high commitment, flexible to travel to meet clients
- Able to work under pressure
