Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales distribution strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage product flow, ensuring adequate stock levels at distribution centers.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure distributors provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales distribution team.
