Job Description:
Talent Insider is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our international business expansion efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outbound prospecting activities, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling to international markets, particularly the Middle East or the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect information
• Research target companies and decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth initiatives

Job Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales
• Experience conducting outbound calls and cold outreach
• Experience targeting Middle East or US markets is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Results-driven with strong prospecting and lead qualification skills
• Based in India (Bangalore or Hyderabad preferred)
