Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive (B2B) to join our Singapore team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience and the confidence to engage clients through cold calling, meetings, and relationship building. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing leads, and closing new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and client meetings to generate new business leads.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  3. Identify client needs and present tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handover of new accounts.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, business development, or client acquisition role.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Confident in cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
  6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Candidate must be comfortable with the commute to Kelapa Gading
