Job Description:
- Assist The Manager In Organizing, Planning, And Implementing Strategies
- Coordinates The Operations, And Ensures Schedules And Objectives Are Met
- Supervise And Motivate Staff
- Monitoring Operation Cost, Budget, And Resources
- Communicate With Clients (Distributor And Customer) Also Evaluate Their Needs And Specification
- Create Reports, Analyze And Interpret Data
- Drive Recruitment Process, Training, And Development
- Secure Adherence To The Company’s Policies And Guidelines
