Job Description:
- Handle New Construction, Renovation And
Maintenance Market
- Establish And Develop New Clientele And Market
With Main Contractor, Sub Contractor And Management Agent
- To Penetrate Market In Indonesia And Establish
Good Relationship With Developers And Architect Firm
- Maintain Existing Client And To Generate New
Potential Client Due To Ensure Client Satisfaction And Achieve Company
Objective
- To Specify Project Using Company Product And
Ensuring Final Implementation
- Engage Product Presentation, Seminars &
Events And Assist Unconditionally In The Execution Of Marketing Plans
- Provide Forecast & Report Of Marketing Activity Weekly/yearly As Well As Updating Project List
- Communicate With Related Department For Necessary Follow Up For Related Project Due To Ensure Delivery, Service And Quality To Meet Client Schedules And Satisfactory
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma Degree in related
field (building, chemistry, real estate or Business) or any recognized
University degree
- Language: English Intermediate Level. Japanese
skill will be advantage
- Work experience as a sales of more than 3 years
- Experience as Marketing/Sales for building
material/construction/architectural are more preferable
