- Handle Incoming Phone Call
- Car & Driver Arrangement For Sales Team
- Manage Customer Registration Form & Filling Documents
- Create Quotation And Process Customer Order
- Office Management
- Other Responsibilities As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business English proficiency
- Available for Fresh Graduate if graduated from reputative university
- 1 year of experience as Sales Admin from Trading or Manufacture
- Advanced level in Excel (PIVOT, Database, HLookup, VLookup, etc)
- Fast typing speed, detail oriented, good task & time management, responsible
