Job Description:

- Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across chemical, oil & gas, automotive, aerospace, and defense industries.

- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients and distributors to ensure sustained revenue growth.

- Market Research: Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and pricing trends to inform business strategy and decision-making.

- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

- Market Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners, representing 3AkChemie in trade fairs, business meetings, and industry events.

- Cross-Regional Coordination: Collaborate with headquarters and regional offices to manage order processing, logistics, and client onboarding efficiently.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly reports on activities and sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates in the CRM system and regular communication with management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experienced in industrial sales for 1+ year
  2. Have channels with industries in chemical, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace, defense
  3. Possess a driver lisence
  4. Willing to travel around Texas
