Job Description:
- Overseeing And Coordinating Daily Sales & Marketing Activities, To Ensure That The Team Achieves The Objective, Goals, And Target. Including Coordination With Other Departments Such As Operation And Finance.
- Monitor And Evaluate Sales Achievement From Each Customer On A Regular Basis To Ensure Meet The Target
- Maintaining Relationships With Important Clients By Making Regular Visits.
- To Provide Sales & Marketing Analysis Including Of Market Survey, Pricing, Strategy & Trend As Well As Competitor Analysis & Sales Activities
- In Charge Of Promotion The Company’s Existing Brands And Introducing New Products To The Market Marketing Strategy Planning & Implementing Marketing Strategies & Activities For All Projects Including Cost Control
- Organize Sales Launches, Sales Exhibitions, Roadshows & Any Activities To Promote Sales
- To Conduct After-sales Service To Buyers And Ensure Defects Are Satisfactorily Rectified Within The Time Limits
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Development or related field
- Min 5 years in Sales and Marketing management position. Experience in Distribution for FMCG, Automotive, or Industrial Product.
- Possess Leadership, Problem-Solving Skills, and Hands-on.
- Able to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality
- Target-oriented, creative, proactive, meticulous, and Strong analytical skill
- Good computer skills and work well with data
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, matured, motivated, dedicated, and responsible
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedure
