Job Description:

Currently our client is looking for Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team as descripted below:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine strategies and drive growth.
  • Oversee the launch of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies to meet changing consumer demands.
  • Explore innovative marketing approaches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

    • Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales, marketing, or related fields, ideally in FMCG or beauty/skincare.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields 
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams with accountability for results.
  • Skilled in setting team goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (e.g., product, finance, customer service).
  • Proven experience in mentoring and managing team members.
  • Expertise in setting sales targets, managing budgets, and aligning marketing with sales goals.
