Job Description:
- Handle Construction, Renovation, And Maintenance Market.
- Establish And Develop New Clients With Main Contractor, Sub-contractor, Management Agent, Developers, And Architect Firms.
- Maintain Existing Client And To Generate New Potential Client Due To Ensure Client Satisfaction And Achieve Company Objective.
- To Specify Projects Using Company's Product And Ensuring Final Implementation.
- Engage In Product Presentation, Seminars, And Events; Assist Unconditionally In The Execution Of Marketing Plans.
- Provide Forecast & Report Of Marketing Activity Weekly/yearly As Well As Updating Project List
Job Requirements:
- Having 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Preferably having work experience/knowledgeable in a building material/construction/architect/real estate industry.
- Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
- Active in Japanese language would be an advantage.
