Safety Engineer

1. Develop and implement workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
3. Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
4. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
5. Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
6. Monitor site safety performance and prepare HSE reports.
7. Collaborate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment

1. Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in HSE or construction safety.
3. Knowledge of international safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Relevant HSE certification is an advantage.
7. Willing to work on project sites.
