Job Description:
- Develop, Implement And Monitor Policies And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices
- Identify And Assess Risks Associated With New Products, Services, And Activities And Provide Recommendations For Mitigation And Management Of Those Risks
- Monitor And Report On The Effectiveness Of The Risk And Compliance Program, Including The Development Of Metrics And Key Performance Indicators
- Develop And Facilitate Risk And Compliance Training Programs For Employees At All Levels Of The Organisation
- Collaborate With Legal, Finance, And Other Departments To Ensure A Sound Risk And Compliance Culture
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the capital market industry
- Sound knowledge of the financial industry, capital market and investments
- Extensive network and relationships with related stakeholders
- No prior legal and/or audit records in the past
- Relevant risk management certifications would be preferable
