Currently we are looking for R&D Manager for our client, a well-established brand in the Beauty Industry in Surabaya.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as R&D Manager
- Having experience working as R&D in the beauty industry
- Minimum Bachelor degree/S1 from reputable University
- Eager to learn and willing to be located in Surabaya
- Having experience carrying out research, monitoring, evaluation and research reporting.
- Having experience controling operational costs for implementing research & development in accordance with the predetermined budget.
