Job Description:
- Candidate
Must Possess At Least Bachelor’s Degree In Food Technology / Food Science /
Biotechnology / Chemistry / Baking & Pastry Art Or A Related Field.
- At
Least 5 Years Of Professional Experience Of R&D In The Food Manufacturing
(especially Cake & Bakery)
- Knowledge Of Technical Aspects Of R&D (basic Ingredients & Food Additives, Technology Of Cake Making)
- Food
Manufacturing Process Flow And Product Development, Quality Assurance And
Regulatory Compliance"
Job Requirements:
- Develop new formulation or product and improve existing product quality.
- Manage
the team and ensure formulations are delivered with agreed deadlines.
- Design
the formulation with the key stakeholders.
- Ensuring
standardization, quality and food safety of each product produced
- Manage
product packaging based on BPOM regulations.
- Plan
the implementation of initiatives related to process and product cost.
- Implementing technology for process efficiency & quality improvement
- To
be able to give clear direction to the team regarding prioritizing key
developments, formulation, and guidance on the products."
