Job Description:
- Building And Creating The Loyalty Programs From Scratch For All Verticals At The Company
- Responsible For Developing The Membership And Rewards Programs
- Creating Strategies To Drive Membership Acquisition And Retention
- Developing The Membership Community By Creating Events And Promotions
- Creating The Brand Identity And Visibility Of The Loyalty Program By Understanding And Defining The Market Segment
- Working Closely With The Product, Marketing Finance Teams And All Head Of Businesses At The Company
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience handling B2B and B2C rewards. Background in CRM is a plus
- Bachelors degree is required. Masters is preferred
- Able to converse in both Bahasa and English effectively
- Data-driven leader with strong business acumen and ability to analyse effectively
- A business minded individual, with a strong growth mentality
- Previous regional experience or someone with a regional mentality is a plus
