Job Description:
- Develop and manage dealer networks while driving wholesale sales growth to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and major end-user customers in Eastern Kalimantan.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage through effective account management and customer engagement.
- Execute sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful sales execution, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Heavy Equipment industry, preferably handling Excavators and Wheel Loaders.
- Proven experience in managing and developing Key Accounts or Major Accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, willing to travel 30–50%, and preferably based in Samarinda or Balikpapan.
