Job Description:
- Monitor, control, and report on the Regional Sales & Distribution program to achieve sales targets and ensure implementation aligns with national standards for both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
- Monitor, control, and report on the Regional Trade & Consumer Promotion program to achieve sales targets through promotional support in accordance with directions and guidance from the central office.
- Ensure the achievement of Regional sales targets by optimizing Product Focus (Brand Drive) in both GT and MT, along with appropriate, effective, and efficient Trade & Consumer Promotions.
- Create and ensure the profit and loss statement of a regional office (overseeing multiple area offices) aligns with performance standards.
- Achieve sales and profit growth targets through the analysis, development, management, and control of all Sales & Distribution implementations, both in Trade and Consumer Programs, within the Regional context.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in the related field
- Have experience in FMCG (Food) industry
- Having a good knowledge in Selling skill and Leadership skill
- Able to communication in English
- Customer Service Excellence
- Willing to relocate to East Java
