Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations
Manage relationships with key customers, dealers, and business partners, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer visits, and competitor benchmarking
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. marketing, product support, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong understanding of heavy machinery applications in construction, mining, or infrastructure sectors
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
