Job Description:

  1. Manage and partnership with dealers around managerial-level communication
  2. Annual dealer unit wholesale sales target management
  3. Able to collaborate with dealer in order to navigate the dealer to establish a strong partnership with key partner customers (up to 3-5 key partner customers); DEVELON doesn’t sell directly to customers, but successful candidate should tap directly to end user
  4. Established existing & new relationship with         customers around Sulawesi (Southern) area and includes Halmahera, Maluku and Papua area.
  5. Manage key account customers and develop potential key account customers (specifically customers with site project or head office in respective area)
  6. Sales frontliner; contacting, establishing, maintaining customers relationship with dealer
  7. Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual on key metrics to management
  8. Unit sales, key indicators, management and operation
  9. Sales target oriented; sales oriented to achieve the expected sales target
  10. Vast knowledge of heavy equipment industry in order to plan an effective strategy to boost the sales target
  11. Excellent and strategic execution in order to strategically implement the internal plan

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business major (or equivalent major)
  2. More than 7 years experience in Sales & Heavy equipment industry or similar industry
  3. Have strong experience in Heavy Equipment industry especially for Excavator and Wheel Loader units (the candidate should have a related business career)
  4. Experience in managing and developing Key Account/Major Account customers in respective area
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications
  7. Capability to use SAP and other business systems
  8. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple change priorities and deliver results with high degree of accuracy
  9. Vast networking
  10. Expected 30-50% Travel requirements
