Job Description:
- Manage and partnership with dealers around managerial-level communication
- Annual dealer unit wholesale sales target management
- Able to collaborate with dealer in order to navigate the dealer to establish a strong partnership with key partner customers (up to 3-5 key partner customers); DEVELON doesn’t sell directly to customers, but successful candidate should tap directly to end user
- Established existing & new relationship with customers around Sulawesi (Southern) area and includes Halmahera, Maluku and Papua area.
- Manage key account customers and develop potential key account customers (specifically customers with site project or head office in respective area)
- Sales frontliner; contacting, establishing, maintaining customers relationship with dealer
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual on key metrics to management
- Unit sales, key indicators, management and operation
- Sales target oriented; sales oriented to achieve the expected sales target
- Vast knowledge of heavy equipment industry in order to plan an effective strategy to boost the sales target
- Excellent and strategic execution in order to strategically implement the internal plan
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business major (or equivalent major)
- More than 7 years experience in Sales & Heavy equipment industry or similar industry
- Have strong experience in Heavy Equipment industry especially for Excavator and Wheel Loader units (the candidate should have a related business career)
- Experience in managing and developing Key Account/Major Account customers in respective area
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications
- Capability to use SAP and other business systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple change priorities and deliver results with high degree of accuracy
- Vast networking
- Expected 30-50% Travel requirements
