Job Description:
- To Ensure That The Regional Development Plan
Exists In Each Budget Year
- To Ensure Sales Growth, Active Outlets And
Profitable Business Growth
- To Ensure Filling Distribution Within The
Assigned Area
- To Ensure The TOP DOWN Trade Marketing Program Is
Executed, Monitored And Evaluated Properly On A Daily, Weekly, Monthly,
Quarterly & Yearly Basis
- To Ensure All Marketing Activities Are In Line
With The Established Brand Strategy & Budget
- To Ensure Key Account Management Is Implemented
Correctly Based On The Key Account & Customer Relationship Program
- To Ensure Distributors Perform Based On KPIs Set
Through Proper Distributor Management Principles Based On Distribution Coverage
Plan
- To Ensure Company Policies & Procedures Are
Implemented & Complied With
- To Ensure Operational & Marketing Claim Costs
Are Fully Verified, Approved, Submitted On Time & Analyzed With Complete
Supporting Documents
- To Ensure All Business Performance Reports Are
Submitted On Time, Fully Analyzed And Include Key Action Plans
- To Ensure Market, Consumer And Customer Insights Are Updated On ORC.
- Developing The Internal Sales Team With Coaching,
Training And Mentoring
Job Requirements:
