Job Description:
- Proven Experience As A Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter Or Similar Role In A Mining Company.
- Knowledge Of Sourcing Techniques On Social Media And Niche Professional Websites Like LinkedIn And Other Similar Job Portal Websites.
- Familiarity With Applicant Recruitment System.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Good Written And Verbal Communications Skills; English Professional Proficiency Is A Big Plus.
- Bachelor Degree In Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration Or Relevant Field.
Job Requirements:
- Planning and reporting the quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Create and publish job ads per-requested by the Hiring Manager in various portals.
- Maintaining a good relationship with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Screening resumes and job applications.
- Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
- Tracking the hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Able to voice advise for the Hiring Managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and expand the database of potential candidates for future job openings.
