Job Description:
- Oversee The Company's Recruitment Process
- Design & Modify The Recruiting Process
- Record Recruiting Metrics (KPIs)
- Supervise And Monitor The Recruiting Team Performance
- Make The Recruitment Process As Efficient And Effective As Possible
- Make A Forecast For Future Hiring Needs
- Expand The Company's Network In The Industry.
- Review And Implement Policies And Guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team (5 minimum)
- Has min 5 years of experience
- Used to handle massive recruitment
- Fluent in English
- An overseas graduate is a plus
- Someone with Tech background is a plus
