1. Lead recruitment activities across hospitality operations.
2. Develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
3. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and partners.
4. Oversee workforce planning and recruitment KPIs.
5. Improve employer branding and candidate experience.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. 5+ years of recruitment experience in hospitality.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
5. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
