Job Description:
- Design,
Monitor And Evaluate Research And Product Development Processes And
New/renovation Process Technologies So That Products With Quality That Meet The
Target And On Time Are Produced.
- Plan,
Monitor And Evaluate The Cost Saving Process Of Using Raw Materials, Product
Formulations And Production Process Technology So That The Cost Of Good Sold
(COGS) Can Be Controlled In Accordance With The Set Targets.
- Design
And Evaluate Product Development Concepts And Innovative New Process
Technologies That Can Provide Selling Value To Customers So That They Can Make
A Significant Contribution To The Company's Growth.
- Evaluate The Process Of Handling Raw Materials, New/existing Products And Inappropriate Process Technology, So That They Can Be Handled And Executed According To The Time Specified.
- Plan,
Monitor And Evaluate Market Study Activities To See Possible Development,
Improvement And Consumer Acceptance Opportunities For New/existing Products So
That The Quality Of The Products Produced Is In Line With Consumer
Expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor
Degree, preferred from Food Technology
- Minimum 5
years experience in R&D with minimum 3 years experience as R&D Manager.
Preferred from bakery ingredients industry
- Fluent in
English, both written or verbal
- Good
analytical thinking, problem solving, creative thinking, time management and
leadership Skill
- Know well process technology, packaging and shelf life product determination
- Have a
good knowledge the implementation of quality management system and food safety
