Job Description:
- Calculate Progress Data And Documentation.
- Estimation & Control Purchasing Material, Choosing The Economical Supplier & Product.
- Preparing & Monitoring Schedule Format Cost Estimation, Measure & Value The Work Done On Site.
Job Requirements:
- Must have working experience as QS over 5 years and more.
- Has experience to handle civil project
- [Better] QS experience at Japanese construction company
- Attention to details and methodical person, Good negotiations skill
- Good skill and expert related legal contract (FIDIC contract)
- Able to communicate in English (Since reporting will to expatriate)
