Job Description:
- Estimate And Analyze The Project, And Control Its Costs, Especially For Additional Specifications
- Includes Cost Planning And Cost Benefit Analysis. Write Reports And Prepare Documents (like Plans, Contracts, Budgets Etc.) Especially For Additional Specifications Of The Project
- Additional Specifications Includes Variations Of Order And Extension Of The Construction Term Of The Project
- Support Claim Section To Make Claim Letters To The Purchasers Of The Project And Negotiate With Them To Get The Additional Contract Price
- Other Related Tasks
Job Requirements:
- Has minimum 5 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in a construction project
- Willing to be placed anywhere
- Good English skill
