Job Description:
- Managing The Finances Of Construction Project Such As Making Cost Calculation Report , Breakdown Details, Quotation Etc.
- Working To Keep The Project On Time
- Working To Keep The Project Within The Budget
- Making Sure That Construction Costs And Production Are Managed As Efficiently As Possible
- Resolving Disputes Between Contracting Parties
- Preparing Insurance Replacement Estimates For All Kinds Of Buildings, Including Houses
- Other Related Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- English (Conversational level up)
- 5 Years Experience as Quantity surveyor in Real estate or Developer industry for big cluster housing project
