Job Description:
- Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs.
- Monitor project budgets and cost variations.
- Evaluate contractor claims and quotations.
- Support procurement and contract administration.
- Prepare commercial reports for project stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and BOQs.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
