Job Description:
- Maintaining
And Improving The Quality Management System Based On ISO 9001 And IATF By
Evaluating Current System, Find Areas For Improvement, As Well As Implementing
A New System.
- Coordinating
And Implementing Product Audits In TCF, NYP And IKP.
- Coordinating
Internal Audit Activities Based On IATF Standard.
- Aligning
Indo Kordsa Program With Kordsa, In Particular The Global Quality Assurance
(GQA). Carry Out Deployment Of GQA Program In Indo Kordsa.
- Defining
And Updating Risk Analysis Of Critical Suppliers.
- Creating
Supplier Audit Program, Perform Supplier Audit, Follow Up Supplier Audit
Result.
- Communicating
With Suppliers Regarding With Non-conformities Product (QAR) And Follow Up The
Progress.
- Coordinate
Supplier Development Activities.
- Coordinating And Performing Global Supplier Evaluation For Supporting Global QA And Local Supplier Evaluation, Also Follow Up The Results.
- Managing
Products' Certificate Of Analysis And Its Development & Change Request.
Job Requirements:
- Have a
minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Have a
minimum 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing or 6 months internship
in related industry.
- Advance
English communication skill (verbal & writing).
- Have knowledge and skills of production process, quality control, using spreadsheet applications and wordprocessor, e.g. Word, Excel;
- Have
experience with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 implementation.
