Job Description:
- Conduct Regular Inspections And Evaluations Of Construction Sites To Identify Technical Problems And Quality Issues
- Analyze Construction Plans, Specifications, And
Drawings To Identify Potential Discrepancies Or Areas Of Concern.
- Collaborate With Project Teams To Investigate And Understand The Root Causes Of Technical Problems
- Develop Effective Solutions And Strategies To
Address Technical Problems Encountered During The Villa Construction Process
- Coordinate With Project Teams, Subcontractors,
And Other Relevant Parties To Implement Timely And Efficient Problem
Resolutions.
- Ensure That All Solutions Align With Quality Standards, Project Requirements, And Regulatory Guidelines
- Maintain Detailed Records Of Technical Problems,
Investigations, And Problem-resolution Activities
- Prepare Accurate And Comprehensive Reports
Documenting The Nature Of The Problems, Proposed Solutions, And Their
Implementation.
- Communicate The Progress Of Problem-resolution Efforts To Project Teams, Management, And Stakeholders
- Collaborate With The Quality Control Department
To Ensure Compliance With Quality Control Procedures And Standards
- Participate In Quality Audits And Inspections To
Assess The Effectiveness Of Problem-resolution Measures
- Provide Recommendations For Process Improvements To Prevent Recurring Technical Problems
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering,
construction management, or a related field
- Language: Fluent in English
- Experience: 3 years experience in the related
field
- Previous experience in quality control, problem
resolution, or construction management roles is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of
construction principles, techniques, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
